We have launched a new LinkTree site which contains all our current links, this allows for our current information to be easily accessible. Please follow the link, the rest will be self-explanatory.
With our Facebook group, just a reminder it is only for UK members, there are a few who keep inviting people from abroad, please try refrain from doing this. All members are allowed to post on the Facebook page, mainly stuff that will be beneficial to the all our members, but please do note, the admins will review each post and ensure it is acceptable. No spam will be allowed, and if we have Samaj information going out, member posts will be paused so that important information isn’t lost.

We had a fantastic Virtual Diwali Talent Show, and we would like to once again thank our participants, host, media team and of course all our members worldwide for viewing and making it a memorable one!
Our host and participants were: Mahesh Patel, Yashika Patel, Unika Parmar, and Prachi Patel
All our participants were provided with a trophy, chocolates, and a Diwali card to commemorate their taking part in the function, as well as this we made sure our host for all his efforts also received a Diwali card with a box of chocolates.
We hope you’re all keeping safe. Please the latest government guidelines, and also specific guidelines about arranging Christmas bubbles should you need to.

Message from Dr Deepen Patel:
RELAX WITH DINO SOUNDS
Sound is one of the best ways to relieve the stresses of life. What you listen to plays a big part in what you think and how you feel. With this in mind, I have created a YouTube channel called ‘RELAX WITH DINO SOUNDS’ to not only help my patients but also help those who use sound as an avenue for relaxing.
My selection of videos are designed specifically to be of the frequency and sounds which help to calm nerves, relieve stress, lower anxiety and reduce depression. These include the peaceful sounds of rain, soothing waves, instrumental sounds, white noise, crackling fire and many more different sounds to come.
Listening to these sounds help to reduce health issues such as high blood pressure and help cure insomnia naturally when listened to regularly and before sleeping. Understandably, this year has been challenging for all of us and being at the forefront of this has made me understand the need for these videos right now.
I personally do not benefit from these videos other than listening to the sounds myself and seeing the significant impact they have on my patients. I can wholeheartedly say that I have first-hand seen the positive impact of them through the course of this pandemic on my own patients, and so would like to share them with the community.
As an example, since the second lockdown was announced, I released a low-frequency fire place crackling sound video. This not only makes people feel better about being at home but it is also timely as the weather is colder and lifts the mood of our minds automatically, making being locked in at home easier to cope with. This is not apparent when watching or listening to the video but it indirectly is providing the listener with a positive experience of dealing with the second lockdown, offering a better coping mechanism for our minds.
To bring peace and happiness to your life try meditating and listening to soothing music, humming is also encouraged and lastly don’t forget to take a few moments for yourself in the day to keep you calm and relaxed.
The YouTube channel is updated on a weekly basis with up to three new videos every week. I work hard at crafting specific sounds which I believe will encourage mental well being and self-care. To gain the best benefits from the channel I advise those interested to SUBSCRIBE to the channel (this is FREE and easy to do, just press the SUBSCRIBE button) as my video’s are designed to help every individual’s journey through the pandemic in their own way and can be used time and time again, whenever you need it.
